Zayla is a story of love.
A love of Middle Eastern heritage, a love of family, a love of food. With a belief that beautifully made plates are more than just tableware, they're a connection to culture, memories, and the moments that tie us together. Through fair trade practices, Zayla honors the artisans behind every piece, creating meaningful products that tell a story of craftsmanship and artistry,

CRAFTED WITH CULTURE + CARE

I’m Ruba,
founder of Zayla.

I launched my Los Angeles-based creative studio in 2013 working alongside prominent brands in the aesthetics and beauty industry. I love beauty, I love aesthetics, and I love being a Creative Director.

I have always found inspiration through my Jordanian roots—from old Arabic films and music, to family and food—Zayla represents the things I am most passionate about. Named for and dedicated to my children, Ayla and Zayn.
