If your product arrives broken, we will replace it. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment to qualify for a replacement.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to handmade variations or changes of mind.

Yes! Through our partnerships and with our local Los Angeles based design team, Zayla is able to offer custom designed pieces with small quantities for select clients and partners.
